This policy provides a 14-day conditional refund request period for lifetime licenses, subject to activation, use, and rights that apply where you live.
Activation and substantial use
Where legally permitted, refunds may be declined after a license has been activated or the software has been substantially used, including repeated monitoring or checkout activity. Any required consent about immediate digital delivery will be shown before purchase.
When a request may qualify
A request may qualify when it is submitted on time, the license is eligible, and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved. Duplicate charges or an inability to deliver the purchased license will also be reviewed.
When a refund may be unavailable
Refunds are generally unavailable for missed retailer stock, unsuccessful checkout attempts, retailer cancellations, payment declines, marketplace prices, device or account issues outside the software, abuse, or a change of mind after substantial use, where the law permits.
How to request a review
Message @tcgonepiecebot on Telegram within 14 days. Include the purchase date, plan name, order reference, Telegram username used for support, and a clear explanation. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.
Cryptocurrency refunds
Purchases are paid on-chain, so an approved refund is returned in the same cryptocurrency and on the same network as the original payment, to a wallet address you confirm. Network transfer fees and the exchange-rate movement between payment and refund are not reimbursed, and the returned amount reflects the crypto value actually received.
Review and payment return
The request will be reviewed against purchase and license activity. If approved, the refund will be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on network confirmation.

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
