Lifetime software license
A lifetime plan is intended to provide a personal, limited, non-transferable license for the supported life of the product. It does not transfer ownership of the software or guarantee permanent retailer compatibility.
Current policy
Terms
These terms govern the purchase and use of One Piece TCG Bot, including its monitoring and automatic checkout tools.
Permitted use and responsibility
You are responsible for your device, accounts, payment details, delivery information, purchase limits, and every task you configure. Do not share access, resell the software, reverse engineer it, bypass retailer protections, or use it unlawfully.
Automatic checkout
The software may automatically attempt checkout only when a selected listing matches your rules. You authorize configured attempts, remain responsible for purchases, and should review seller, price, quantity, shipping, taxes, and retailer terms.
No purchase guarantee
Inventory can disappear, queues can delay access, payments can be declined, and retailer websites can change. Monitoring speed and automatic checkout attempts do not guarantee an order, price, delivery, or successful result.
Retailers and marketplace sellers
The service is independent and is not affiliated with Bandai, Toei Animation, Shueisha, or listed retailers. Target, Walmart, Amazon, and TCGplayer may display marketplace offers. You remain responsible for checking the seller and total price.
Updates, compatibility, and suspension
Retailer support and software features may change to maintain compatibility, security, or legal compliance. Access may be suspended for abuse, unlawful conduct, shared or resold licenses, or attempts to damage the service.
Ownership, disclaimers, and liability
The software, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted retailer compatibility or successful purchases. Nothing in these terms overrides rights that cannot legally be excluded.
